The joint venture under the technical management of F+Z Baugesellschaft (50%) was commissioned with the new construction of a 310 m long flood control wall with an existing promenade and parking garage behind. Full-year work while maintaining flood water control and consideration of touristic points of interest known beyond the region.

Construction of a flood water control wall with 4 - 7 m front section in front of the existing wall. Demolition and new construction of the entire promenade and parking garage.

Relocation / new construction of dolphins; 80 m auxiliary bridge on waterside including foundation, provisional relocation of all utility lines; explosive ordinance probing on water and landside; demolition work, earth works, steel construction, sealing works, cladding and masonry work.
